Frank Bulger is a Registered Social Worker at the Master’s level. He has over thirty years practicing social work in the Public Sector and more than ten years in private practice.
Mr. Bulger has spent the majority of his career assisting families in the local Family Court and the greater community. He has helped countless families through the complex process of separation, including the formulation of Parenting Plans for the children.
Frank brings to his profession a strong commitment to the inherent ability of individuals to make decisions regarding their lives when they are empowered to do so. He continues to work after retirement from the public sector and enjoys the scope of practice offered by private practice.
